What happens next?

• You will receive a response message requiring you to confirm your order
• For Custom orders I will send you a sketch first and after you approve it I'll start working on the finished product
• Other details will be discussed during the working process

How long does it take you to finish an order?

• Accessories, pillows & toys: 2-3 working days
• Customisations: 4-7 working days
• Note: The time frame may vary during Holiday Seasons

How long does it take until I receive an order?

• 3-4 working days - Local Postal Service
